The staff are very friendly & kind, they do a lot for myself and the other residents. Residents privacy and dignity is respected by not entering their room without first knocking on the door and asking permission to enter the room. A residents room is private to them and other residents cannot go into rooms without the permission of the resident. Residents dignity is maintained when showering , dressing etc.
